I’m a late convert to smoothies and this has become a favourite. I’ve adapted it from another recipe.
Here’s mine, roughly:
Homemade plain yoghurt, almond meal, freshly grated turmeric, cardamom seeds, lemon zest and juice, a splash of milk, a spoon or two of rolled oats. Add water for your preferred consistency.
