Ooof! I overdid the cheeses, champagnes, and puddings.

Phew! Thank goodness for red cabbages and carrots, apples and their cider vinegar, fresh herbs and toasted sesame seeds.

Tucked away in here is left-over chicken. You could also use firm tofu, white beans, chick peas or a boiled egg.
