The world’s easiest exercise for health and happiness

Everyone knows we’re all “supposed” to do a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day.
But what if it’s raining?
Or joining a gym and actually using your membership makes you want to crawl under a rock?
Or all those repetitions make you want to shriek, because they’re just plain boring?
Or you don’t live in a safe neighbourhood?
Or you feel really self-conscious about moving your body vigorously when you’re in public?
Or it’s too darned hot out there?

Well here’s your answer: conduct music!
Do it with passion.
Do it in your pyjamas, or dress right up.
Do it with a friend or when you’re feeling lonely and bored.
